• Application open to all skill levels for any 'future, current, or recently graduated college' / university student  
• All room, board, and costs on site covered by the foundation, but participation limited to 100 players (with level based divisions)
• Even if not playing in the tournament, top chinese professionals will be attending; it will be worth while to attend to observe, see professional commentaries, etc.

As of now (June 25th) we have some additional details of opportunities for players not participating in the actual tournament.  Monday July 11th will be the day open to the general Canadian Go public to participate in events on site.  There will be:

• 10 Canadian players will have the chance to play simulationeous games against attending professionals at 9 AM .  Players from the university cup will also be participating in simulataneous games at the same time
• A public commentary on the Chang qi cup semi final will take place at 12:30
• Exact location for these events is: Gym C, Davis Building, University of Toronto Mississauga

Registration has been opened for this event on the CGA site now.   We'd like anyone interested and available play in the simultaneous game to register here.  How we will select from those who register we don't know yet (assuming more than 10 interested players), but anyway to have a chance please register.
